How It Works

In four easy steps you're well on your way to having a professional voicemail message for your business. I've broken the process down for you here.

STEP 1

Purchase

If you're purchasing a Standard Greeting or Voicemail Prompts, once you complete purchase I can immediately get started on the recording. A quote is required for On-Hold Messaging. Contact me HERE and you'll have a quote back to you asap.

 

I can write a script for you or you can write your own. I provide a tutorial on how to build your own script HERE.

I might respond with a request for details on what your needs are for tone and style so I recommend listening to the Audio Samples HERE in case you want something specific.

STEP 2

Recording & Editing

When I record your message, I take into account the style and the tone of your company. A law office might want a smooth and calm tone where a hot dog shop might want a little more pep and energy.

 

Most companies don't require a special sound. A majority of my recordings are a medium energy and relaxed tone. So there's no need to make a special request but if you have any, please let me know when you book me. 

I record the message, edit it in order to enhance the sound. The samples you hear on this site were recorded and edited by me. 

STEP 3

You'll receive a recording from me within 24 hours of your order. It's a high definition WAV file. We'll use Dropbox for delivery of the file or I can directly upload it into your phone system for you.

STEP 4

Download & Done

Once you've reviewed the recording, you might want changes. Revisions cost $25. In order to reduce the odds for a revision, please be a clear and concise as possible during stage 1.

Once you're happy with your recording, you will take the download over to your voice messaging system. In most cases, you'll have a website interface where you can upload your recording.
