How do I order my voice recording?

An order for a standard greeting can be done HERE. If you want On-Hold messaging, script writing and editing, click HERE to email Stef for a quote. If you've already written a script, please attach it to the email and she can send the cost for the recording asap. Once you approve the quote, we can get started. 

What's the timeframe I can expect for my order?

A standard greeting can be delivered the same day, if the order is submitted early in the day. On-hold messaging (and if I edit or write the script for you) you can anticipate your order within 48 hours. The more info you provide when you submit your order, the quicker you will receive your recording.

Do you do rush orders?

Yes. For an additional charge of $40. Rush delivery will involve a recording delivery within 2 hours of submitting your order.

Do you do revisions to the recordings after I receive my order?

If the recording has an error in it, you will receive a new recording with the error removed free of charge. If you want to change the script or request a change, the cost for this service is $25. Revisions to the script/recording involving a complete change from the original order will require a new order to be made. To decrease the odds of a revision, please submit notes with your order regarding the tone or energy you want for the recording. You can sample the menu of styles HERE and let Stef know the "industry" you prefer for your order. Any changes to any message over 30 days after purchase, requires a new order must be submitted. I recommend purchasing in bulk in order to save money on new orders as it's common to ask for a new message after a period of time and the pricing comes with a discount. 

What if my script requires editing?

Stef will reach out if she thinks the copy you sent requires editing so if you add it to your order, she might request changes to be made based on the wording. When the wording isn't smooth to read, you will likely not approve of the recording so edits are important when needed. The cost for this service if a $35 add on and will be offered on the check out page.

Do you do rush orders?

​All recordings come in a high resolution WAV file unless otherwise requested.

How do I upload the file to my voice messaging system?

We recommend contacting your phone provider before purchasing a recording to ensure you will be able to upload the message to your phone system. Most VOIP phone systems will allow you to upload your messages through their online portal.

I don't like my recording. Do you do refunds?

Yes, if you're not satisfied with my services, I will refund the full amount (minus service charges) but I require feedback covering your dissatisfaction. I highly recommend viewing my voice sample menu HERE before ordering a recording from me. Your recording will have the same tone and energy as the one you request.
